Prospect Bay Apartments in Clontarf has been shortlisted for the Irish Building & Design Awards 2026 in the Private Sector – Residential / Housing Project of the Year category.
BKRN delivered the project as Main Contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS), overseeing the construction phase of this residential apartment development in a constrained coastal and urban location. The scheme is now complete and fully sold.
The shortlist recognises the standard of delivery achieved across the project, from build quality and programme management to site safety and coordination. Acting as Main Contractor and PSCS, BKRN was responsible for managing the construction works, maintaining a safe and well-controlled site, and coordinating closely with the client, design team, and subcontractors throughout the build.
