"The project was a varied and complex development, requiring a sensibility and sensitivity towards the refurbishment of 6 adjoining terraced Protected Structures, with complex integration of modern services and fire and safety systems. Further more, the project included the extension of the historic buildings into new Grade A contemporary office accommodation, linked with a glazed atrium and requiring extensive site excavation and multi-level basement construction.
