The project was delivered on a restricted site with a single shared entrance used by students, staff, and construction traffic. Managing noise, dust, vibration, and site logistics while the school remained fully operational throughout the academic year presented significant challenges.
The Solution
A detailed traffic and access management plan allowed safe sharing of the school entrance. Noise, dust, and vibration were actively controlled using hoarding, barriers, and monitoring. Regular engagement with school staff enabled potential disruptions to be identified and addressed in advance.
